Chinese way to grow thin

Diet is applied within 14 days.

  • 1 day: the breakfast – black coffee. A dinner – 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice or one fresh tomato. A supper – a fish fried or cooked, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
  • 2 day: the breakfast – black coffee, one dried crust. A dinner – a fish fried or cooked, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil. A supper – a cooked beef – 200 g, a glass of kefir.
  • 3 day: the breakfast – black coffee.       A dinner – a crude egg, 3 big cooked carrots with vegetable oil. A supper – apples.
  • 4 day: the breakfast – black coffee.       A dinner – one big root of a parsnip or parsley, fried in vegetable oil, apples. A supper – 2 hard-boiled eggs, a cooked beef – 200 g, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
  • 5 day: the breakfast – the crude grated carrots seasoned with a lemon juice. A dinner – the big fish (500 g) fried or cooked, a glass of tomato juice. A supper – a fish fried or cooked, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
  • 6 day: the breakfast – black coffee.       A dinner – 500 g the cooked hen, salad from fresh cabbage or crude carrots. A supper – 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad from crude carrots with vegetable oil.
  • 7 day: the breakfast – tea. A dinner – a cooked beef – 200 g, any fruit.       A supper – that want, only it is moderate, from a diet of any day except for the third day.

 The eighth day is as the first. The ninth is as the second. The tenth is as the third. The eleventh is as the fourth. The twelfth is as the fifth. The thirteenth is as the sixth. The fourteenth is as the seventh.

During observance of this diet it is possible to drink only boiled or mineral water.

Salt, sugar, alcohol, bread and other flour products are absolutely excluded.

The menu do not change, because only such sequence of used food causes necessary changes in exchange processes of an organism.
